Соответственно, я, Владимир Смолин, гражданин террористического государства российская «федерация», призываю суверенные государства и международные институты в лице уполномоченных органов и организаций к введению в отношеннии указанных лиц ограничений (санкций) экономического и (или) любого иного допустимого характера, а также возбуждению и расследованию уголовных дел и гражданско-правовых процессов с привлечением виновных к юридической ответственности.

Accordingly, I, Vladimir Smolin, a citizen of the terrorist state known as the “russian federation”, hereby appeal to sovereign states and international institutions, through their competent authorities and bodies, to impose restrictive measures (sanctions) of an economic and/or any other lawful nature against the aforementioned individuals, and to initiate and conduct criminal and civil proceedings with a view to bringing those responsible to justice under applicable law.
